"Juan has been phenomal in assisting my family on multiple imsurance policies. My mother with her multiple car and home policy. My brother with his truck, car and camper policy, and myself with my multiple car policy. Today, my brother and I where in the neighborhood of Jess's office so we decided to just drop in. Juan greeted us at the door having to walk from his desk which was in the back of the office. From our introductions with just our names and without seeing our vehicle policies he was able to pinpoint exactly what vehicle we had questions about. It truly showed us how much he cared and how well he knew his job.
My mother has been with Jesse's branch for several years, myself 5 and my brother is brand new to State Farm. They have always taken great care of us whether it be something minute or a life changer. We are blessed to have them."

"I have never experienced such incredibly crappy service. I honestly don’t know how he has 5 stars. We live in Milliken and we got hit hard by by hail at 3am last year. It caused significant damage to our cars, ac unit, roof and siding. We have been fighting with State Farm for a year to get our roof fixed. They refused to fix our ac and gave us the bare minimum for our roof and nothing for our siding. We got stuck with the worst adjuster. Jesse did nothing to advocate for us. Nothing to support us. State Farm is a joke and everyone for sure in our little town can vouch for this. On top of this we are getting dropped! I am one to leave good reviews but being dropped now for a natural disaster with no warning from him. One star for not advocating or communicating to us about being dropped."
